Our Search process is supported by our global research capabilities and is designed to attract and hire the best talent available in the international market.
In an initial comprehensive briefing we clarify the necessary information about the client’s needs and the position to be filled. We analyse the situation critically and define a coherent search strategy as well as a realistic time schedule. More than simply offering our clients a list of potential candidates, we look at market availability, use comparative benchmarking and work to ensure that we find the solution that best fits both the client and the candidate.
On the basis of the briefing we start to identify suitable candidates by using all sources available. This process is supported by our extensive network as well as by our well-organised database.
Within a first screening of the identified candidates we figure out the fit for the position to be filled. Additionally, personal interviews are held in order to verify the first impression. The best candidates are tracked on a shortlist, which is also available to the client. Finally, we present the best 3-5 candidates to our client, support the recruiting process and assist in final negotiations.
In order to ensure a sustainable relation between client and new employee, we support and accompany the integration process.
