Cross border recruitment, triggered by Brexit or any other cause
Global recruitment and advisory network, ISPA, is a strong believer in well-established processes with a strong foothold in local markets.
While large recruitment companies set up separate branches in order to address the increasing demand, maybe sparked off by a political situation like the Brexit, ISPA is a strong believer in effective processes already established in the respective local market.
Francesco Monopoli, ISPA’s president, stressed the firm’s decision to use its well-established network: As a network of strong headhunting companies acting locally but co-operating closely on a global scale, we are able to address any cross-country demand to fill positions in Europe – even when it is triggered by a political decision like the coming Brexit.
ISPA has since 2004 a well established network of partner firms in every important market in Europe. Thus „we are successfully addressing our customers need to fill vacancies effectively.
New ISPA Partner China – RMG Selection
At its recent AGM in Stockholm, Sweden of ‘ISPA’ – the International Search Partners Association; the award winning international recruitment consultancy RMG Selection where in attendance to confirm their membership of the organization.
Commenting on the meeting and the organization, Robert Parkinson, Founder and CEO said “It is quite clear that ISPA are a serious, credible search organization, combining individual businesses with shared goals and values: namely to deliver an exceptional service to mutual clients. With RMG’s almost 10-year foot-print in the Asia-Pacific region and with a distinct focus on China, both parties stood to benefit greatly from RMG’s membership of the organization. I particularly liked the friendly, open, style of ISPA and other partners’ willingness to help their fellow members. I have observed similar search firms where the priority is the fee, and how it is shared, and not the value derived to the client. RMG is firmly a ‘Clients-First’ business”.
Also commenting on the meeting, Francesco Monopoli, President of ISPA said that “RMG were clearly a first-choice partner in the Asia Pacific region. With an extremely solid management team, along with a very similar client base there would surely be opportunities to work together very quickly”.
ISPA has Partners in over 20 countries that regularly meets to discuss opportunities and client assignments. Founded in 1984, they have led the search market in Europe for many years, and benefit hugely from not adopting a franchisee model where member firms are obliged to pay a percentage of each fee to the Partnership.
