Retaining the focus on Financial Institution Business, she then specialized in executive search, assessment and development processes, skill appraisal projects and career advice. She also manages recruitment and management development projects and is involved in Change Management and Organizational Climate programs.
She manages Recruitment, Assessment and Development projects with a strong focus on Talent Management, Intercultural Communication and Sustainability. After specializing in HR Management and Languages and Cultures for International Communication and Cooperation, she developed a method aimed at analyzing the factors that shape employee motivation in the new socially responsible corporate models. She delivers Leadership Programs and is a certified Skillview assessor collaborating with Centro Universitario Internazionale.
