International Search Partners Group or the ISPA - founded in 1987 - is a partnership of independent executive search and human resources consultants.

We combine professional experience with local expertise, capitalising on our resources we provide an international recruitment service of the highest standards, while at the same time respecting differing national characteristics.

Our driving goal has been to establish responsive flexible operations in each of our member countries; these are capable of reacting quickly to our client’s demands without the need for a cumbersome central administration.
